Terms of Service
Effective date: November 3, 2026
1. Operator and application
These terms apply to OXONI at oxoni.uk and Lanren Shop at shop.oxoni.uk, operated by 懒人科技有限公司 ("we", "us"). They govern use of the websites and purchases of the digital goods or services actually offered. Contact [email protected] for order support, cancellations, refunds or complaints. Read these terms and the specific listing before submitting a paid order. Browsing an information page does not create a paid transaction.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must have the legal capacity or guardian authorisation needed for your transaction and be entitled to use the payment method and information you supply. Provide an email address you control and accurate information needed for delivery. You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, impersonation, fraud, unauthorised access or infringement of another party’s rights.
3. Listings and order-specific terms
The listing and checkout information determine the product, quantity, price, currency, licence or service scope, validity, delivery method, stated delivery time and any compatibility or regional restrictions. Product-specific terms must be made available before payment and do not override mandatory consumer rights. If scope, duration, delivery or a material condition is unclear, contact us for clarification before ordering. Descriptions do not grant rights beyond what the stated licence or lawful supplier terms allow.
4. Guest checkout and order records
Where guest checkout is available, you may order without opening an account using an email address and your chosen order lookup password. Keep that password and the order number safe. Delivery information may be available through the authenticated order record; an email alone does not prove entitlement to another person’s order. An order acknowledgement or a redirect back from a payment page is not by itself proof of successful payment or delivery. Order status and payment verification determine the next fulfilment step, subject to applicable law. We will not retain a payment indefinitely without providing the agreed performance or an appropriate resolution.
5. Prices, currency and payment
The price and currency shown at checkout apply to the order, together with any taxes or merchant charges disclosed before confirmation. A one-time purchase does not authorise recurring billing. Any subscription, renewal price, interval and cancellation arrangement must be separately disclosed before agreement. Stripe processes payments when that method is available; we do not receive your complete card number or security code. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion rate or charges. Do not pay through an alternative channel unless its relationship to your order is clearly confirmed through our official contact channel. Purchase is unavailable while stock or a usable payment method is unavailable.
6. Digital delivery and fulfilment
Products are delivered digitally, without physical shipping, through the order record or another channel expressly stated before purchase. Automated or manual delivery applies only as described by the listing. Delivery time begins from the conditions stated for the product, including successful payment and receipt of genuinely required information. Keep the order and delivery records and report an inaccessible, incorrect or missing delivery to us. We will investigate and arrange a reasonable correction or an appropriate refund for a failure to supply what was agreed. We do not promise unlimited validity, perpetual access or future third-party features unless expressly included in the confirmed offer.
7. Licences and third-party services
A software licence, activation entitlement, account-related service or other digital item is limited to its disclosed scope. You must comply with the applicable licence, lawful usage restrictions and the third-party service’s rules. We do not grant permission to share accounts, evade restrictions, transfer non-transferable entitlements or resell rights that have not been granted. Third-party names and trademarks identify the relevant product and do not imply an official relationship or authorisation. Changes to a third-party service do not remove our responsibility for an explicit commitment made in your purchase.
8. Cancellations, refunds and remedies
Contact [email protected] with your order number, the issue and necessary evidence. Do not include payment-card security data or unrelated credentials. You may request cancellation before delivery; the treatment of work already started or an already activated entitlement depends on the terms clearly disclosed before purchase and applicable law. A failure to deliver within the agreed conditions, a materially incorrect delivery, an unusable item for reasons attributable to us, or duplicate charging will be investigated and addressed by correction, replacement, completion of the service or a refund as appropriate. If we cannot supply the agreed product or reasonably remedy the issue, we will refund the amount due for the unperformed or defective part. Digital delivery does not automatically make every purchase non-refundable or remove statutory withdrawal or other consumer rights. Approved refunds normally return through the original payment channel; the payment provider and issuing bank control processing time. We provide confirmation when the refund is initiated and do not restrict your lawful rights to seek assistance from your bank or relevant authorities.
9. Security, abuse and suspension
Protect your device, account and order lookup credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorised use. We may take proportionate action to investigate fraud, unlawful activity, interference with the system or a genuine security incident, including temporarily restricting access. Such measures do not automatically forfeit legitimate paid orders, refundable balances or mandatory rights. We will explain a restriction and provide an appropriate route to resolve an affected order where lawful and practicable.
10. Intellectual property and privacy
Website branding, original content and applicable product rights belong to their respective rights holders. Purchasing an item transfers only the rights expressly included in the offer, not the underlying intellectual property. Open-source components and third-party materials retain their own licences; these terms do not remove permissions granted by those licences. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. An order does not constitute consent to unrelated promotional communications.
11. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide the website and fulfil confirmed orders with reasonable care. Maintenance, network failures or events outside reasonable control can affect availability; we will communicate and address the effect on an affected order as reasonably practicable. Our responsibility for breach, reasonably foreseeable loss and available remedies is determined by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing or another liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer rights. General statements about a third-party platform do not override our own delivery commitments.
12. Updates, disputes and contact
We may update these terms for future use and purchases, publishing the effective date and providing additional notice where required. Confirmed orders remain governed by the terms agreed for them, except where a change is legally required or separately agreed. Contact [email protected] first so we can investigate a dispute and seek a fair resolution. Applicable mandatory law and the powers of a competent court or regulator remain unaffected. Keep a copy of the listing, the terms and your order confirmation. These terms do not claim that a domain name, hosting location or payment account establishes the operator’s place of incorporation.
